Food and service are both fantastic. would highly recommend to others.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was good if I had one criticism it would be that the food could have been hotter than it was as my chips were like warm, I didn't complain and I am sure if I had something would have been done about it.

Food very good service very good place is very good love the music could do with a refurbishment though price is good as well well go again

went there for a birthday surprise my food was great but a friends wasn't so good. ( tuff) in his words upon informing the waitress which asked if all was OK with the meal. she just smiled and walked away. not a sorry or anything

Always enjoy my food here, have the fillet steak which is cooked exactly to my liking, service is excellent as well, best steakhouse in town

Service was somewhat slow and the food was a bit disappointing, it has been a while since i used it and i do think that it will be a while before i use it again .

fantastic food and great service considering it was a busy Christmas party night I had the mixed grill which was plentiful and good value for money.

Service was slow and poor. Food took too long to arrive. When starter arrived the plates were just dumped in a pile on the table. Steak was good but the chips were not particularly warm. However, the staff were very accommodating in moving us to a new table due to a very rowdy group next to us

service was very slow today a lady fell over wel slipped on some food in there n staff wasnt very helpful about it not a good service at all

One of the best steaks around town & very reasonably priced - however it was a pity as the slow service was the only negative

Lovely food, value for money and friendly staff. This is the second time we have eaten at the soulville and it will definately not be the last.

Really really poor quality food. Friendly staff but very slow service and massively over priced. Unfortunately I will be complaining to the restaurant :( sorry.

Great service and great food. We had the lunch menu which was great for the price, 3 courses for £9:95, bargain . We will be back.

Great service, lovely food but our evening out was ruined by a drunken idiot singing very loudly and out of tune for a very long time. We were going to have a coffee after our meal but we had to leave because we were having to shout to each other across our table to make ourselves heard.

Food ok, starter of chicken wings was cold ( I went to this place a while back food was much tastier) staff really nice, music good. But nice and cheap I shouldn't really complain really.

I was very disappointed at the time it took too receive our order we waited one hour and ten minutes then the chips were cold and hard they had also forgotten my egg a bit of a letter down after hearing such good things about this restaurant my friends and I will not be going back any time soon.

We booked for a company night out. Everyone had a great time, the food and service were excellent, we would highly recommend it to others.

Food was excellent, however service was not quite up to the same standard. Despite there only being one other table occupied we were kept waiting for the table to be cleared, bill to be brought etc. That said all the staff were pleasant enough I just feel they could have been a little more attentive.

Soulville Nottingham never disappoints. We had a great time,the food,atmosphere and best of all are the friendly and helpful staff. See you again very soon.

Lovely steakhouse in Nottingham, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a free jukebox full of soul/Motown records. Staff were attentive and courteous and the food was excellent. Only one tiny negative - limited choice of beer. Highly recommended.

Exceptional meal we all had steak which was cooked how we liked staff very friendly . Prices very good ,overall can not fault the place

Another fantastic meal at soulville... service was excellent quality of the food is fantastic... I had the ribs and the meat fell of the bone and melted in your mouth, what more can you ask for!

Awesome atmosphere! Service was great, staff were so helpful and non-stop. Dry happy and smiley too!! The food?? OMG it was amazing!! I can't wait to go back! Beware though, the portions are HUGE!! Looking forward to my next visit! :-)

excellent meal, excellent service. If anyone who hasn't been is considering going do not hesitate. you will not be disappointed. steak was perfection, I had rib eye steak and my wife had fillet steak both superb.

Ambience is nice and relaxed .Music theme is a great touch.Staff aren't pushy during taking orders and meal so you don't feel rushed.Food came out piping hot .Was very tasty and cooked to perfection. If I was to criticise anything it was that the Chips werent quite to my taste .They were too big and clumsy.Aso, too crunchy on the outside and not all fluffy and soft on the inside which made them hard to eat.

Been before; good value and lovely ambience. Steak better value than Wetherspoon on Steak Club day. Music was lower volume than previously which was to our liking.
