Great food and service but the music being played was really loud. I was meeting up for a meal with friends I don't see very often and we could barely hear each other speak.

Lovely food. We really like this restaurant and will keep going back. Great value for money and would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family

cheap sausages on the mixed grill, expected better quality for the price, also think you would benefit from going later as it lacked the atmosphere I'd read about

Setting, food and service was very good. 3 choices from the menu wasn't available so a little disappointing. The bill was wrong so need to visit for a refund as they cannot credit the refund over the phone, not very convenient :-( Not put off and look forward to a future visit

Excellent value for money - if you like soul the music is fab too. Good food, huge portions so order carefully. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

The 12oz sirloin, rare, was cooked perfectly and complimented by the peppercorn sauce that had a warming hint of brandy. Service with a smile, as always, made for an enjoyable Birthday meal.

Great steaks and generally good food, though service was slow. Waited around 15 mins after our booking, and it wasn't that busy, no order taken for another 20 mins

Restaurant not aware of booking and did not honour booking. Disgrace and had apparently been happening for some weeks with many disappointed customers but no resolution

good night food very good, but not there fault it very busy and we had to wait over half a hour to get served and with drinks then another 10min for them to take our food order but it is Christmas after all and there was a lot of parties there but i did not spoil our night.

for the first time going to this place it was very good quality food and a very good price for everything and was also a big portion for the money as well.

My 75th birthday celebration at Soulville Steakhouse Nottingham was excellent. The food and service was was of a very high standard and thoroughly enjoyed by my guests. Future visits are certainly on the cards.

Three of us booked for late lunch Saturday however arrived an hour early as we were hungry and had no problems being seated. Staff were friendly. We all had steak, it was cooked exactly how we wanted it. Portions were huge. We thought it was very tasty and enjoyed the meal and whole experience of eating there. We thought it was excellent value for money (there was a discount on our bill, not sure why, maybe a lunchtime offer?). Would go again.

Very big portions :-) was nice company and great food with a Jolly atmosphere. Would recommend anyone to visit here for groups or just a tasty bite to eat.

Love this restaurant, steaks are so lean and tasty, burgers are fantastic, staff are very good too. Cheaper lunch time menu for two or three courses, great value for such fantastic food. Booking is highly recommended.

Food as good as always, you can get your steak cooked just as you want and its always up to their high spec. The salad can be served with or without dressing. The staff are excellent and will also answer any querys about whats in the food, what or how its cooked, if they dont know they will find out. We have been a few times now and its always a pleasent place to go.

Excellent restaurant! Steak was cooked beautifully and the portion sizes are really generous. The restaraunt was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I went! Will definitely be back.

Food was good with large portions. Prices were reasonable with the 15% earl bird discount, otherwise it wold have been a bit too expensive. Would be happy to go back.

Excellent meal yet again, the steak was lovely with no fat at all. Great value for money with the childrens meal deal and 25% discount before 5pm :-)

Perfect meal but could have done with a few more chips. The service was excellent. Would recommend it to all my friends. Can be a little noisy dinning upstairs.

Food was lovely, steak cooked just right, bit fatty though. Peppercorn sauce was a bit thin and watery, but the taste was ok. Service was good. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic food as always although very busy today had to wait for our food but we didnt mind as food is outstanding we believe gaving to wait shows us its freshly cooked, we just order another drink , and put a song on the dukebox .

Wonderful experience, very good food, staff brilliant, will definitely return! Hope that the Juke Box has been repaired now! Music was still brilliant but it's such fun choosing your own on the Box!

Once again we had a wonderful time at soulville Nottingham the steak was divine cooked to perfection I would recommend this restaurant to anyone you won't be disappointed.

Good food, good service and good prices. a great relaxed atmosphere. We visited as a family and really enjoyed our meal. The service was very good and thought the meal was excellent value for money. We will be going back!
