Very nice staff, excellent food, you don't have to wait because you help yourself at the buffet... I love this place and am always happy to bring friends here. Even my father, a great steack-lover, loved it !

Lovely food and it's great that, if you're spending the evening there and keeping the drink flowing, you can 'top up' with your favourites from the food bar at any time. Staff were helpful and friendly. A very pleasant experience, especially on a warm summer's evening.

The principle of the restaurant couldn't be simpler: pick a plate, fill it with a variety of hot and cold vegetarian meals, and you pay by weight. Good selection of starters and mains. The desserts were not as alluring but we were already quite content.

great atmosphere and food. bit on the pricey side and could do with more vegan dessert options. other than that great place to catch up with friends.

Very helpful staff. Delicious food. We went on the vegan night which was very tasty, non of us were vegetarian but all enjoyed it a lot.

Great food, drink and service as always. Only downside was that we were in the basement, where there was a lot of work going on to prepare for a training event the following day, so there was quite a bit of movement of equipment and people and, by the time we left around 3pm, only planners (presumably) and no other customers there, so it felt a bit strange.

Food is great! Atmosphere is wonderful. Service was friendly. All in all a lovely evening. The variety and the fact that it all complements each other so well done.

Main dishes were really good and enjoyed all round. Desserts were... okay, the Victoria sponge was really good though. Spur note to the meal was when my partner pulled a hair out of the sticky toffee pudding and was subsequently rounded on and blamed by the member of staff the issue was taken up with!

I've eaten at Tibits many times and this visit did not disappoint. The food was a delicious as ever. What I really appreciate is the enormous variety of great dishes. I love the buffet system which mean you can pick your food and start eating almost as soon as you arrive - once you have chosen what you want, you take your plate to the counter to be weighed and you only pay for what you choose. So, there is no hanging around to be served or to pay afterwards and no arguing with your friends over who ate what. I also really appreciate that Tibits provides a water cooler and glasses so you can help yourself to water (although there are delicious juices, teas and other drinks on sale). Great deserts and coffees too. The last point - they never hassle you to leave so it is a great place for a relaxing lunch with friends.

Had a wonderful leisurely lunch catching up with old friends. Sat outside in the sun for hours enjoying the great food and a lovely glass of rose. Also nice that there was no pressure on us to leave.

Early Saturday evening before Tibits got crowded, the cashier staff were patient & flexible with different times of our guests with their choice of food. They were helpful, courteous, friendly & polite. The food as usual was tasty and this comes from someone who usually loves meat. I particularly liked the nutty flavour of the Thai Meatballs and the Spinach & Kale Felafel. We made sure to sample all the deserts at the buffet table and at the bar. The Chocholate & Pear cake, the Apple Turnover & the sweet Indian Rice Pudding were delicious.

Excellent food with very wide selection. It's great to eat somewhere that has such a good choice of vegan dishes. The self service buffet system works really well as you can pay for as much or as little as you wish to eat, and go up for more if you like! Highly recommended.

Fabulous food and really my experience. Have been to the restaurant before and great value for money. it's self service and the dishes are replenished without any prompting. The food is very fresh and the food is weigjted at the counter minus the weight of the plate. I would, without a doubt, reommend Tibits.

Great food as always. The only way to improve the experience would be to allow pre-booked tables in areas other than the basement even if at a premium cost. That said, my guests tonight loved the experience and we will be back anyway.

Went for lunch on Saturday. A bit pricey but food is delicious, including the desert. The buffet area can get very crowded during peak hours so felt I couldn't look at the food options very closely but it seemed there was fairly limited vegan dishes available. Wish they had more during the weekends too (I believe they have all vegan menu on Tuesdays)! The staff friendliness could be improved. Atmosphere is good for family and friends...expect to be seated close to children downstairs.

Excellent food for vegans and vegetarians alike. Each item in the buffet is labelled for who it's suitable for and what allergens are in it so you can be sure you're eating right. Every time we visit London we try to stop by.

Great food, wonderful table for my birthday doo, we had a fabulous time. I was there from 2-10:30pm. I have scored 6 because we all loved the food and amazing variety of dishes. I'm vegan, so it's a big treat for me to have such a big choice :0)

Reception and food were lovely. We went on Tuesday so it was a vegan day which I was initially sceptical about especially as I was with my very nitpicking children! No need to worry as the food was absolutely delicious- even had chocolate brownies (not vegan)! Planning our next trip! Just so you know you get a bread roll included in your large plate- we didn't know this so paid separately!

Food was a little better than average but certainly not fantastic, service (such as it was) was a bit vacant, but friendly enough. Thought the buffet concept and paying by weight worked ok. Overall quite good, but nothing special

Excellent food and service. Plenty of choice of vegetarian/vegan dishes. Only downside was the seating arrangement downstairs. Although having reserved a table for four, we ended up in the basement where it was very dark (no windows and very little light) as the tables were lit by candle light. Perhaps the aim was the create an intimite atmosphere however I do enjoy seeing what I eat! And even more so if the food is that delicious!!!

Really great selection of food, nice relaxed atmosphere & pleasant environment to enjoy nice food. This little gem is tucked away just off Regent Street in a bustling little mews full of local restaurants.

The food is decent quality but I was disappointed to see a mouse in the restaurant! Quite shocking actually! I also thought £2.80/100g is a bit steep considering the plate itself probably ways a little too! Other places that operate that way tend to have steel plates which are less heavy!

The food counters were almost completely empty of all of the warm foods and there was no hurry from the staff to replace them, meaning there was a big queue around the salad bar. When we did get some food there were no staff at the tills, a bit of a shambles really. The food was very tasty, but also cold by the time we managed to sit down
