Good food that they let us take home when we couldn't finish it. Service a little slow but friendly nevertheless. Would have preferred not to be right next to the ladies loo! A good atmosphere.

Had dinner with a friend and very welcoming environment with great service. Food was delicious and served at just the right pace so as not to feel rushed.

We had great food with generous portions and good cocktails. It's a very friendly restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Good for vegetarians as well. Will come back.

Return visit, never disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is great too! Will be back again soon even though it’s over 30 miles from where we live. It is worth travelling for!

Amazing! The food and drink are delicious, the service was friendly and courteous, the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere was relaxed. This was one of my favourite dining experiences. I heartily recommend it and my wife and I will definitely be back soon.

We did get a table in a cosy corner as requested. But the tables were close together, so not much privacy. However the ambiance and the music was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good too and arrived without too much of a delay.

One of my favourite restaurants in bristol. Service is always great and food is delicious. We shared the nachos to start and then the chimichanga and we didn’t have wait long for either course,the portions are really good and authentically Mexican. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely tasting quality food serviced by lovely smiling polite friendly staff. The venue has a traditional feel to it very welcoming and is in a great location near plenty of bars..

Food was lovely, but took them an hour from asking for the bill to finally paying, there was a party in which the staff obbiously knew and spent most of there time with them, also we were on a table in a walk way so I was continually asked to move as there wasn't enough room to get through.couldnt fault the food though.

Was a particularly busy night so waited a long time to be served. Staff were as attentive as possible given the situation but we felt our food suffered as a consequence as wasn’t up to its usual high standards.

Quite slow service but it was very busy so also make sure you are clear on what you order because we had a few things brought to us that we didn't order! Amazing food though.

Fantastic food. First time we’ve tried a Mexican restaurant. Very impressed, had a starter, but the star of the show was the main course. Had beef Chimichanga. A deep fried beef dish. Took one bite of it and I was speechless. Never tasted anything so flavoursome before. Every mouthful was a delight. Four of us went, four empty plates at end of meal. Good service, friendly staff. Will definitely return in the future, would definitely recommend this restaurant. Booking is advisable, was busy (on a Saturday night).

Our evening meal at Casa Mexicana was a very enjoyable experience. Service was prompt and friendly. We have learnt from previous experience not to go overboard on the starters, as the main meal portions are quite filling; a regular size Casa Nachos was fine to share between two. This was followed by vegetarian chimichanga (for me) and the shredded pork with apricot chutney (for my wife), both delicious. For drinks we stuck to beer and lemonade, but they also have a reasonable selection of wine by the glass. Our advice is to always book ahead; they were nowhere near full on a cold Wednesday in February, but they can get crowded at more popular times.

Had a fantastic meal. Great service from India. We had vegan food and meat dishes and they were excellent! The vegan options were so decadent, there was no compromise on taste, it was some of the best vegan food I've had in a restaurant. The meat eaters seemed very happy with there food as well. Fantastic restaurant, food, ambiance and service.

All staff were fantastic and jolly and nothing was too much! The food was incredible and I will defiantly be going back again! 😁 thank you to Emma

Great staff, very tasty food, nice location. The deco is very noisy which can be a bit overwhelmed is your after a cosy, romantic night. Generous portions.

Casa Mexicana always offers a great atmosphere, lovely food and jugs of mojitos to help it all go down nicely. Also offers a Gluten Free menu

Excellent customer service, generous portion sizes, and extremely tasty food. Don’t confuse Casa Mexicana with other ‘franchise’ restaurants. This little gems defines the standard in good quality, authentic Mexican cuisine, mixed with the chefs seasonal specials. Whilst the restaurant was very busy on our visit, this had no impact on the quality of service we received.

Fantastic food and atmosphere at my favourite Mexican restaurant in Bristol. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly and efficient. Only thing I would say is that I was surprised to find there had been a fairly significant price rise since my last visit.

The food was very average. The enchiladas were very sloppy, and the chimichanga was not crisp. The Staff were great though, very engaging and attentive.

Went for a birthday meal at Casa Mexicana and had a fantastic vegan meal... vegan nachos and then enchiladas. Great food and great service as always!
