Casa Mexicana

There was seven people in our party and we all had an absolutely excellent meal at Casa Mexicana and the service was super. And the cost was very affordable.

Always great value, good portion sizes and very tasty food. I vote this the best Mexican restaurant in Bristol. My 8 year old daughter loved her first taste of proper Mexican food too.

Casa Mexicana is one of our favourite restaurants; the food is absolutely delicious (and arrives quickly) and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't fault it.

Fantastic food although I couldn't finish it! Nice atmosphere too. Great coriander mojito too. Just wish you delivered as there isn't a good Mexican takeaway ;-)

Visited Casa Mexicana for birthday dinner with friends on Saturday 22nd October. We had a great time. Love this restaurant! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Loved the Sangria too!

Lovely restaurant just off Gloucester Road. Good service, great authentic Mexican food, good selection of cocktails and a really nice relaxed atmosphere. One of my favourite restaurants!

All staff we're friendly and helpful. We we're running late due to bad traffic and they we're very understanding and said they would hold our table until we arrive, however long that may be. The food was delicious and all freshly made. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed our meal and the food was good and at the beginning of the meal the service was good and the food arrived quite quickly. The main downside was that the food was not cleared away at the end of the meal - until we asked for the bill it was a Saturday evening and very busy but still the empty plates should be taken away. No one asked re dessert. We were happy that we could take some of the uneaten food away with us. Thanks . We would come back.

Food was amazing as always with very large portions. The only negative comment no one came back to offer us desserts or coffee which would have finished the meal off.

Best Mexican in Bristol the service and food is amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else for Mexican food. Would highly recommend it to anyone! We love it there

Great food, great service, and this was the second visit within two weeks. The portions were large, the nachos were amazing and we felt the drinks were reasonably priced, great sangria!

Good food and service. . A rather long wait between courses but pleasant ambience. Deßerts rather too large to finiish as was main for most of us but enjoyable meal.

We had our 10th annivarsary there. We enjoied a lot. Very kind people to serve us, very nice food. We had a little privacy to have the most out of it. It could not turn out better!

Lovely food; bit of a mixup with the booked table as those of our party who arrived early were seated at one table and later members of the party directed to another (not in sight of each other). All sorted out well.

Casa Mexicana is a busy vibrant restaurant, with a wonderful choice of food, and friendly staff. We enjoyed our evening and will definitely go again.

having just watched the south park episode on yelp. writing this review did make me laugh a bit. Casa mexicana is a nice restaurant, been there before. I ate mexican food, it was good, i'll go again.

The food was excellent and the service friendly and welcoming.My only gripe is that the portions were so big that I definitely ate too much, self inflicted I know.

Great restaurant, staff, environment and decor. However, food wasn't spicy enough for us. Ask for extra heat if you like your Mexican food like that. Go early, gets very busy.

Great tasting food (although the dips were on the small side compared to the amount of tortilla chips). Alcohol list quite limited for my tastes. Staff were helpful and prompt with service. I'd go back to casa mexicana again.

The atmosphere was buzzing, the food excellent as always, the servers very polite. If I have one criticism, it is that the "mexican" piped music was a little loud. It's an age thing, I don't like to have to raise my voice during normal conversation to be heard.
