Very kind staff, have been a few times and the food is always good. Churros were great, though we had to get a top up of chocolate sauce :). You'll not leave hungry, good portion sizes.

Lovely food with a great atmosphere. The portions are huge however they did give us the option to take our pudding home which my partner joyfully accepted. The service was excellent and the staff were always on hand to top us up on drinks. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys Mexican food.

This was our second trip to Casa Mexicana. Lovely food (again), and prompt, friendly, attentive service. Also really enjoyed the atmosphere this time--we were seated in an alcove nearer the back of the restaurant, where most of the tables were for two. Even though CM was packed, because of where we were seated we didn't have any difficulty hearing each other. We'll be going back, and possibly ask for the same table!

Food tasted nice! But I dont think the chicken was cooked properly though as the following day I was being sick for 12 hours and my partner has had bad belly cramps

Casa Mexicana is a friendly face although deceptively big, thanks to clever seating and different recesses feels surprisingly cosy. The food was delicious, we all had different meals and they arrived together and hot. The flavours were amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive. I think I've found my new favourite restaurant.

Waitress was lovely. Nachos were great. The ultimate fajitas were lovely but not enough prawns and the beef was over cooked. All in all though very nice. Friendly atmosphere great music and quick service. Would go back.

Delicious Mexican food and huuuuge portion sizes! We had a great meal for a decent price (spent about £25 pp for starter, main and drink)

Nice restaurant, nice atmosphere, good food but service a little slow as very busy. Drinks took 15 minutes and starters took 25 minutes to arrive. However, would definitely return another time.

Casa mexicana is a great restaurant with tasty food and a great atmosphere. Really helpful waitress and good service. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Went for Valentines Day with my Partner. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing! Both myself and my partner will visiting again for a meal.

Great atmosphere, great service, great food - but maybe the food not as good as it used to be? Or am I just getting harder to please? I would go there again, and we love it, but the food didn't seem quite as tasty last night for some reason - it was a very busy Saturday night, so maybe the kitchen was a little rushed. Always been great in the past, so will give them the benefit of the doubt.

The food was great, the staff very polite and helpful and the restaurant clean and tidy, but the restaurant was cold. I know it's February and it's cold outside but I got uncomfortably cold in the restaurant.

Great food, great service and very generous portions. Our table wasn't great but it was a very busy night so that can be forgiven. Will definitely return.

First visit and we were not disappointed! Great welcome, good table, nice atmosphere, good food. Off to Mexico in June so wanted to try 'real' Mexican food!

Really nice place but food was a bit basic especially for the price and the waitress was no where near attentive enough. Would go back for another try though.

The atmosphere and service was really good, however I found the chorizo was over cooked but apart from that it was a really good evening.

Good food and great atmosphere. A pleasant change from all the big chain restaurants. My steak was very good and reasonably priced. Would definitely go here again.

We went to Casa Mexicana for a staff do each one of our meals was excellent - there is a nice relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff are really warm and friendly.Great selection of tequilas, which we made the most of! Would definitely recommend :)

The restaurant was bussing, the atmosphere very pleasant. The staff were all very polite and friendly and seemed to enjoy the banter. Very attentive without being overbearing. The food was excellent. Would return and recommend.

Excellent food and service as always at Casa Mexicana. The food portions are always very hearty and delicious, and they serve a nice margarita. Very quick and friendly staff. One of the only restaurants in Bristol I can say I have visited fairly regularly and never had a bad experience.

Very good food and very reasonably priced. Good ambience. Very attentive service without being over-bearing. In summary, very good value for money. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to others and would also return myself.
