Couldn't fault it. A lovely birthday lunch with my son. The staff were helpful and the food, perfect.
Busy restaurant when we arrived with the theatre crowd but it soon calmed down and throughout the staff were brilliant. Great food as always.
Very poor. Hugely cramped. Cattle truck comes to mind would not recommend
Very noisy, poor service and double tables too squashed together. I have been to many Cotes before but have never felt so claustrophobic. The food was good but lukewarm on arrival with the waitress earlier bringing us the wrong dishes.
Excellent music. The concert hall is looking tired/out of date.
Busy branch of Côte and enjoyable. Would advise sitting downstairs as less noisy.
Always a good experience at this branch of Cote. Delicious food and friendly efficient service. Great atmosphere and well-located.
Fast service, wonderful food, excellent prices, great atmosphere. Thank you.
Busy, good atmosphere. .. best to book in advance . Fairly good value
Super friendly service. Excellent food and good value for money
The waitress was patient and lovely. She took time to help my mum with the menu.
Luckily booked in advance as customers were being turned away on what was a very busy Sunday evening. Made to feel welcome on arrival and as requested our table was easily accessible. We were running late due to heavy traffic and therefore only had main courses - my wife's steak looked good and I am assured that it was perfectly cooked - my grilled chicken was delicious and the accompanying carrots were sweet and just this side of crunchy. Definitely will return when eating at the Southbank
Excellent meal, great wine and service, thank you so much
Food was OK, however service was extremely rude and slow - considering this venue is opposite the royal festival hall and we had let the waiter know we were seeing a show I would have expected far more attentive and rapid service.
Cote's service is reliable and the food is always good.
Excellent staff, good menu choice and overall a very pleasant meal. Will be returning at next opportunity.
Food was first class. They were very busy and yet managed to look after us. I 'booked' through Open Table (Sham) and checked the table was booked from OT and... it was not! So Open Table don't go near them - a sham booker annoyed me a lot but Suzie from Cote fixed it all in the end. I was on a date so did not want to mess it up. Food and Service really excellent and I will go again!!
Terrible service. It was almost comical but we had to get to the theatre. I rarely ask for service to be taken off the bill but there was no way that I was prepared to pay for it.
Excellent staff, always attentive however busy. Superb Nut allergy protocol. All staffed seem well trained, and able to provide the appropriate reassurance. The iPad booking of choices offers easy and excellent allergy cross reference
Lovely staff, fast service and good value for money with the breakfast deal.
Enjoyed the visit with 6 family friends, prompt service with no pressure to vacate table. The server seemed to have problems in taking the order as we had a couple of glitches in what was ordered and what was served.

Our favourite place for early supper before concerts at the Royal Festival Hall. You need to book as it is busy around 6pm.Wie choice on menu and good value. Service excellent.
Great service and lovely food except for some grit in my spinach.
It's a shame that I could not give more stars for service! Cheryl was wonderful, as she was warm and had such a friendly smile throughout the evening. What particularly stood out for me was the fact that she proactively chased our mains, as well as offering a gesture of goodwill to apologise for the delay. All of this was done even before we even realised that the mains were taking longer than usual. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and thank you Cheryl for making it so!
This was a much better experience than when I last dined here. Pre-theatre menu: always a good buy. This time it was celeriac soup, steak frites, creme caramel. I'm withholding one star only because the steak was cold. But full marks to the waiter who asked how it was (fortunately, after I'd only had two mouthfuls) and, when I replied, immediately offered to send it back to be heated up. In fact a new steak arrived, hot but not burnt, with a fresh portion of chips. Well done, that man!
Lovely venue. Very crowded but the staff handled it extremely well. Good value and varied menus.
Food was excellent and between our party of 13 ranging from 4 - 84 we had a good mix of dishes. There was a bit of confusion with our pre-order but the staff on the day tried their best to resolve as quickly as possible and a subsequent conversation with the Management team assures me that it was a one off and that measures have been put in place to ensure that other diners don't suffer the same confusion and we have been compensated for the issue as the meal was to celebrate a significant birthday. Definitely recommend - venue is excellent close to Waterloo and great for subsequent trip on London Eye or other activities close by.
Very welcoming and friendly members of staff. Excellent food and undoubtably will be back for more 👍
Great food as per normal and good service as well. A busy and vibrant place to meet after work and always a good atmosphere. Booking is essential.
We had a pre theatre meal here last Saturday evening the service was spot on the food was perfect the location is great If you are going to the southbank this is the place to eat
Useful to know when you are running late, that their fast plates do come very quickly - so still time to have dinner and get to the concert on time.
Lovely meal, very popular so glad I remembered to make a reservation!
Excellent dinner with six very content customers. Service was friendly, fault free and professional
Good looking restaurant, good service and staff were attentive without being over bearing. Food was excellent.

Very nice food, member of staff very friendly over all I would recommend
As usual, the food was excellent. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that we were in the lower section with a couple large parties and the noise really reverberates off the arched ceiling.
There is a big problem here with acoustics, noise levels can be intolerable. Likewise heat, unless a/c is on room is too hot. But main issue is the toiles where lighting is almost non -existent and impossible to see oneself, let alone apply makeup. I will notreturn until the summer when I can sit outside
I have had better food in the past. The spinach salad starter was not very nice - meagre amount of spinach leaves, very tough lardons and copious amounts of onion. Not really delicious at all. The lamb pie was tasty but the beans were poorly cooked.
Great food, lovely service, friendly staff, thank you very much
Enjoyable meal, excellent value, with friendly attentive service in great location
A pleasant experience. Good food and service. The set menus were a good choice.
Excellent meal and a good time was had by all.
Poor service: the restaurant seemed understaffed. Poor quality cooking: my ravioli was served with inadequately cooked peppers floating in a watery sauce, not nice. Redeeming feature: I was not charged for this.
Cote are the best chain restaurant in UK. Food looks and tastes great. Service is Five Star.
We have eaten at quite a few Cote Brasserie restaurants, and like the others this one did not disappoint. To be able to have a gluten free meal served alongside wonderful standard dishes makes for a most enjoyable mealtime. Thanks to the Cote Brasserie team.
Good as usual. Greeted nicely, table ready. Bill presented promptly.
Good food and speedy, friendly service - as usual at Cote.
