Cowshed - Liverpool

I was recommended this place by a friend and fellow chef. Simply the best steak I've ever had! Cooked to perfection and our waitress was lovely too! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Liverpool :-)

Cowshed was everything we expected and much more. Professional Friendly Staff and excellent food. We will definitely visit again next time we are in Liverpool.

Good food made by good people. Simple menu well done, all courses were excellent. Standout were the sauces which accompanied the steaks & the amazing pud.

The food on Friday night was amazing and the service we received was exceptional! The setting was lovely and initimate also. I would highly recommend this restaurant !

Really friendly service, warm ambience and fantastic steaks! Family of four adults, each steak cooked perfectly (medium rare pink), side orders yummy too and puddings to match. Cant fault anywhere and would definitely return.

Cowshed was fantastic. Lovely venue,very friendly and helpful staff. The food is cooked perfectly and you would struggle to find a better steak house anywhere. I would highly recommend the cowshed to anyone.....

I have yet to be disappointed at the Cowshed. Simply the best steaks in Liverpool combined with great service. My special was excellent as always and I wil be back very soon. Music is always a joy too

potential to be the best.. but only when they stop serving birds eye potatoes waffles and make their own (easiest thing ever) and clean the grill with that the steaks are cooked on as every piece of steak just tastes like carbon. Full review on trip advisor soon.

Fabulous restaurant with warm & friendly staff & superb food. My husband and I both had the ribeye steak - super tasty. We will definitely return.

The food was very nice indeed i ordered the fillet steak with blue cheese which was delicious with the steam cooked to perfection for me,although my partner ordered medium to well done it was a little under cooked for her but the staff generously deducted a little from the bill,also a very nice place to eat with the staff very accommodating and pleasant so would definitely go again🤙

From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be an experience to remember it is such a unique place the food is out of this world we got the greedy cow and such good value. The staff are so friendly and will definitely will be back again

Great food and service. Small menu means what they do they do it great! Highly recommend the fillet and creamed spinach. Reasonably priced bottles of wine too.

Lovely intimate surroundings, small rooms split over several levels, the staff were really helpful and nice touch seeing a picture of the ‘days special’ which my husband chose, both steaks were amazing Will definitely return

Superb food, friendly helpful staff and excellent wine. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. You need to book in advance as it is popular and the rooms small and intimate. Service was very fast with both our steaks arriving at the same time despite being cooked differently.

On a visit from Norway, chose to eat here. Was served a great steak with wine and dessert at a very decent price. Highly recommended.

Food was amazing and the staff and service were faultless however the music was a bit loud and contrasted the atmosphere I felt the restaurant creating with the food and decor!!

Great food at a great price. Sweet potato mash was amazing. Had the flat iron steak what a piece of meat that was. Simply delicious.

Amazing fillet steaks, cooked perfectly. Staff really friendly and helpful and gave recommendations as to how each cut should be cooked. Cocktails were really tasty and made fresh.
