Best meal I've had in Liverpool in a long long time , great service and amazing steaks and don't forget to have a desert , awesome

Had a lovely time this evening, the food, service and decor was amazing at a great price. We had the ‘Greedy Cow’, which is three steaks, all of which were super tasty. I would definitely recommend this dish.

Staff were great and food was even better! Regular visitor to the Miller and Carter and thought I’d never find a steak as good, well I just found one even better! 👍🏼

Was perfect in every way service and the little extra for my fiancés birthday was very much appreciated only fault I found was quantity of food but very much visit and highly recommend it

Booked on a recommendation for husbands birthday. Not much choice. Nice but as we have been don't think I will go again. Husband really enjoyed it though

Really loved it, steak was amazing. Would definitely visit again. We had halloumi and mac and cheese to start which was lovely but left no room for dessert!!, the flat iron steak was brilliantly cooked

Steak was cooked to perfection, our server knew the answer to every question and their tip policy made me very happy. Overall one of the best steaks and meals I have had in a while.

This restaurant is a simply must try place if you love great steaks, I love my steaks and have to say this is the best steak I've had in a few years. The starters are lovely especially the croquettes, the best asian on my opinion is the mushroom one, I've had a few of them and that's the nicest. You have to get the waffles and eggs as a side, sounds simple but is an amazing side to your steak.

Excellent service from Angelica and excellent food, perfect way to spend our 32nd wedding anniversary. Definitely be visiting again soon with the family and friends. Thank you .

Excellent. Everything just about right. Had my 11 month old grandson with us and he was made so welcome. The best steak I have had for many a year. Service absolutely at the right level. Well done and good luck for the future.

Cozy little restaurant with pleasant table staff and a good dinner. The steaks were delicious. Maybe proper 'fat chips' in place of the "skinny fries".

Small intimate restaurant with extremely helpful and polite staff. Halloumi fries I could have ate by the truck load. Greedy Cow to share was plenty for two, the steaks were beautifully cooked. Definitely returning.

The food was excellent, but what really stands out is the brilliant service. The staff dealt with some trick food allergies very professionally, even remembering cross-contamination issues, which most restaurants neglect. Will definitely return!

Really good steak for a reasonable place and a nice relaxed atmosphere for eating. Would definitely recommend! We had the greedy cow between 2 and it was a good amount of food for the price.

Absolutely loved my experience at The Cowshed. The food was superb, as one would hope, but what made it special was the very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff. I'm sorry I didn't ask the server's name but she was brilliant. I also have to commend the music selection it was great. I totally recommend this restaurant and will be doing so on tripadvisor. Excellent service . Me & my partner went for the Special steak with noodles which hit the taste buds with lovely flavours with a kick from some of the spices ...We finished off with the Cheese board & again a nice variety of Cheese with a black charcoal & blue stilton with grapes & celery .. Overall from start to finish - Faultless . If I ad to fault a touch expensive with the Special £ 18 but u pay for Quality ..I would defo go back for a 2nd visit ..

Nice cosy intimate setting. Decided on the greedy cow for 2. The rib eye was the best cut. The service was very good and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The Ribeye was not available anymore nrotunatelt. Fillet was not cooked medium rare but was overdone. Nice setting, not too big and good music. Service was good.

All of the food we had at Cowshed was lovely, especially the Fillet specials. The staff were friendly and kept checking to see if we needed anything.

Great, attentive staff but the ribeye steak was a little overdone and tasted too chargrilled. Side where delicious and would recommend the creamed spinach and chips.

Everything too class, had a flat iron, shared pretty much all the starters, half the sides and a couple of sauces. Pound for pound best place I've ever been

Staff our very friendly. They will help in recommending what is suitable. Cocktails are very good. Steaks are excellent. Music is 70//80's rock vibe which is easy on the ear.

It was really great, the staff were very friendly and more than helpful in explaining the dishes avaliable. There was a young man who had long dark hair with a beard who was so lovely and a credit to the restaurant. The food was delicious and came really quickly

This is my 2nd time eating here. Steaks are great, and desserts are great, I think they should have more choice for starters though Excellent food and excellent service! Definitely recommend
