If I had to make a criticism, it would be that it was a bit cool in the restaurant - but it’s been unusually cold.

Food was good but the tables are crammed in, it felt like we were sitting in the middle of a corridor with people squeezing past our table (nothing like someone’s butt at the height of your plate whilst you’re eating!). Staff weren’t bad but not great either, apart from the lady welcoming they didn’t really smile or do anything over the bear minimum

The food was tough and bland and tasteless and my toddler refused to eat it. We ended up paying for a completely new meal for him, spending on 4 dishes instead of 3. Very bad experience in terms of the food but the staff were good

Men’s toilet were not good. Leaking and needed cleaning. There was 10 minutes between getting the first persons main course and the last persons. We prefer to all eat together.

I wouldn't go back. - The kids pizza was poor, clearly from a packet. - The All Day breakfast was 50% mushrooms to fill up the plate. - The Katsu Noodles included 1 piece of pepper as the veg quota. Although the server did go and get more vegetables when we complained, it only made 2 out of the 4 meals okay. Sad really as Giraffe used to be quite good but the quality had gone based on this experience.

Comfortable restaurant and good service. Food was great with varied menu catering for all.

Just had coffees. Good location by the bankside and loads of seating. Self service via tablet or with the server. Unfortunately our coffee orders got messed up despite ordering via the tablet, but the team rectified it once we pointed it out.

The nachos were a bit soggy, a little overload on runny cheesy sauce, not much on salsa, not enough guacamole. The burger and chips were only like warm, but the spicy BBQ chicken drumsticks were fantastic.

We had a blast! The staff were very nice, warm and helpful. We went there today as part of our day out to see the London Eye and River Thames cruise. We enjoyed our food and we were even given a surprise when they found out we were celebrating my birthday. Thank you for making our day special, Giraffe staff!

When we arrived the staff seemed in disarray. Even though we had booked a table nothing was ready. They finally sorted a table. Even though we had children their food was served last and one of the children’s meal was missed so we had to wait. With all the restaurants in the area we chose this for the children but would not recommend it sadly.

We booked and received reminders but on arrival were told we were not booked. There was a table but you need to investigate communications

Food was small portions and chips were dry and lukewarm.

I haven't been to Giraffe for some years & I have to say it was a big disappointment. You used to do excellent cocktails... last night we could only get very unpalatably sweet premixed cocktails. We only wanted pretty straight forward drinks dry martini etc The waiter was good enough to exchange the passionfruit puree martini for a glass of wine. The Ceasar Salad was pretty average.

WE were a big group - well looked after and the prices were great for the south bank!

On arrival (from the rain) I waited with my children to be seated (we had a reservation) and another couple joined the counter next to us. They were served first with no acknowledgement that we had been waiting, stating they didn’t have a booking etc and I said excuse me but we were here first. The server said he hadn’t noticed because he was busy. Our server was nice and adult food was nice. Kids pizza was not cooked well and my son didn’t eat it. My other child asked for meatballs and pasta which came without the meatballs!

Ordered starter and they came out with one of the mains as well I asked them to take back the main then once finished the starters they brought out the mains came out except the previous one that came earlier we started ours and my friend had to wait for hers so rather disappointing really

It’s the 1st time we have eaten at giraffe, we will definitely visit again the next time we come to London. The Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great.
