Côte Hale

Lovely new restaurant, friendly and attentive staff. Meals were reasonably priced and good quality. Very good selection of dishes and drinks. Will certainly return to this restaurant.

Staff were lovely and made the evening very enjoyable. Food was very slow in being served. We know it was busy. This was our third visit and will certainly be back!

Fabulous interior, good menu and attentive staff , we enjoyed our meal here one evening and will certainly return. The 2/3 course menu is very good vale.

We went with our new born daughter for my 35th birthday, the food was excellent as were the staff and they helped make it a really special lunch out so thank you all at Cote Hale

Poor quality food. The food specification cannot be varied - I ordered a green salad with the express requirement that it would not include onion and yet I found it in the salad. The staff seem very inexperienced.

Good tasty food, better than neighbouring restaurant. The service is a bit rushed, but plenty of staff around so overall very good service. Enjoyed my evening, will definitely go there again.

Great atmosphere and lovely food. Went for a meal with friends on a Friday night. Enjoyed the ambience. Only disappointment was that the restaurant does not have a bar area as this would have been a nice place to meet up.

Excellent food, great service, nice atmosphere - French onion soup and calimari are very tasty starters, duck rillette and beef bourgignon were also excellent. Wine list is very French but long.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, drinks were ordered straight away, chose goats cheese salad with roasted veg, was delicious...a Wednesday evening and the place was full, felt a comfortable place. Value for money !

The meal was delicious. The young staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. We very much enjoyed our evening and hope to return very soon.

Sea bream special was fantastic. Great to find a chain that knows how to cook fish well and offers something other than salmon or seabass!

The restaurant was beautiful, well located on Hale main road.The food was the fantastic Cote quality we will definitely visit again. The Moules frites and steak frites are some of our families favourite dishes.

Food was ok but service was awful, really really rude waiter who from the start didn't like us and was really offhand. Usually generous tippers but didn't leave a penny. Was much better when it was hale bar and grill

Lovely atmosphere but too many Menues and very complicated! Sometimes less is more! The chef must have a nightmare every day and night as the choices are huge!

Three of us visited Cote Brasserie Hale today for Nanas Birthday lunch. We had Calamari, Poulet Grille, and steak frites, followed by choc pot and floating coffees & received our reward bottle of red wine Delicious food Friendly atmosphere and great service 😎

We had a great meal. Food was really good, service was great. We will definitely recommend Cote Brasserie to our friends and we will be back to try lunch.

A very enjoyable meal. Service was very good as was our meal. We are planning to return with friends in the next couple of weeks.

The staff were excellent and the food was very good. It has only been open 3 days so I hope they keep up the good work. Our bill was quite reasonable for what we had , note there is a 12.5% service charge added to your bill automatically. It is refreshing to see them not taking the same path as Victor's, and I plan to go back there

First visit and very impressed. Lovely friendly welcome and excellent service. Food was excellent - wine and cider could have been cooler. Felt a heavy management presence understandable for an opening and I hope that once left on own the staff can cope. Hope they genuinely receive the 12.5% service charge. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent quality ingredients well cooked. Service was quick and knowledgeable. Wine was good but a little on the expensive side ! Our second visit and we look forward to trying other dishes on the Menu. Nice to be able to book online !

Good food and the early evening menu great value. They need to up theirs training for waiting staff. Our waitress didn't know the menu and had no idea about how to serve wine.

Good food and friendly service. It was a hot evening and we had to ask if the air-conditioning could be increased but otherwise everything was good.

Delicious and very attentive but not over-bearing service. Steak frites was lovely and chocolate fondant was cooked to perfection. Would recommend to anyone wanting a no fuss high quality meal in a relaxed environment.
