Always dependable always excellent food and drink staff happy and helpful.
The staff were marvellous. Very helpful and friendly thank you
Lovely as always with Cote. Great helpful staff and good ambiance
Good service and food. A bit chaotic on arrival as the restaurant seemed to have no space for people who had booked.
Very busy and a bit too warm, air con would have helped. Attentive staff and very good food.
Great meal hope to find one as good back in Glasgow.
Another excellent evening before a concert at the Queen Elizabeth Hall. Cote was extremely busy as expected at this time of the year, but we were served promptly by very attentive staff and had a most enjoyable dinner without ever feeling rushed, leaving us plenty of time to walk to the QEH. The noise level was a bit high without drowning our conversations.
Excellent and service. A great atmosphere inside and out. What more could we ask for?
Always reliable - the perfect pre-theatre venue. Thanks to Cote.
Côté’s food, service and ambiance is consistently wonderful and great value! Took my friend to the RFH brasserie for her birthday. I’d requested a quiet table this was met. Also arrival I’d also informed the restaurant’s maître D of my friend’s birthday and could he make it a little special, maybe a sparkler with the desert. He said to leave it to him, You our great surprise and pleasure we were treated to kir royal each pre dining and later the desert! My friend was so impressed!!! The staff always add to the wonderful experience too! THANK YOU!! We left on a bubble of happiness!
Excellent food. We had the fish pie and the Toulouse sausages and desserts (the two course menu) - very tasty indeed. Good and friendly service and a real attempt to find us a quieter table, a request which the waiting staff had picked up from my on-line booking without me having to mention it to them. Mind you it was the Christmas and loud season!
Marcus and his colleagues work very hard, front of house, for the Côte diners at The Royal Festival Hall. My wife and I admire their dedication, particularly to be commended, at this challenging and hectic time of year. The branch is blessed, moreover, with a very good chef. Top marks all round.
Nice, always reliable food but took 30 minutes to get a drink and slow service in general but pleasant staff and good food
Amazingly organised and efficient on a very busy day - seating was at the time we reserved, the food came quickly, the waitrons were attentive, and the chef took a criticism well on the chilli level and deducted that item from our bill. The rest of the food was tasty and served swiftly and pleasantly. We will definitely go back.
Always excellent value and delicious food- utterly reliable, with friendly service.
Great evening with friends. We requested a nice table and We were seated at a lovely booth. We had Xmas menu with drinks package and was excellent. My steak was super nice and desserts were amazing.
Great Staff who really know the meaning of customer service. Excellent food and a lovely location.
I assumed the restaurant was inside the festival hall but it's not, chairs and tables are squashed tightly together. I tripped going up the stairs and the response was they have been waiting 2 weeks for it to be fixed, this is totally unacceptable. I had previously gone to Cotes in Tower Hill and received a wonderful experience.
I chose Cote for Breakfast / Brunch today before a performance at the Old Vic. I chose it because I had consistently had great service and great food. It was in my opinion the best option in its category. Today was a disaster. After 30-40mins of arriving I still hadn’t been served a drink, then I was informed there was no tomato juice so my order was defunct. The food was rushed and not at the quality I have come to expect from Cote. Having exclaimed Cote’s virtues I was deeply upset by the food, service and the staff.
Took a little while to order drinks but once the order was taken our food arrived quickly
Lovely food very speedy wrong sauce for starter, but still very tasty.
Our third visit to this restaurant as a group of 6. On several visits at different Cote restaurant venues we have always enjoyed the food and first class service. However, today the overall service was poor. Little attention to detail such as water on the table then having to call a waiter to take the deserts choices and again for coffee. Although we had a glass of Prosecco at the beginning of the meal we would of ordered a bottle of both red and white wine IF a waiter was around to take the order. It may of been slightly busy for lunchtime but customer service was missing on this visit.
All good, noise levels down to the number of people talking in one place.
The staff are friendly & food very tasty. Would recommend this restaurant
We had brunch on a busy Saturday. The restaurant was really crowded so the noise levels weren't great, but the manager was excellent and the staff and food was good. Bacon was a bit overcooked.
We had a 12.45pm booking for 4 ahead of a concert at Festival Hall. 2 of our party were delayed due to late running trains, so I popped into the restaurant to ask the manager if we could move booking to 1.30pm, which he did without any fuss. When we arrived at the new time, we informed our waitress we were in a bit of a rush to make the concert (at 3pm) and she assured us she would push our order through a quickly as possible which she did. Excellent service throughout. Food was usual Cote quality, i.e., very good.
Good food and wine, busy but not too noisy and good service
Excellent meal and service. It was a very busy time and we needed to leave fairly quickly and the staff dealt brilliantly with us.Cote maintains a high quality of food and service consistently which is super
We had lunch at Côte Festival Hall, taking advantage of the set menu, which is fantastic value for money. The service was excellent throughout, despite there being a slight delay in receiving some chips that we’d ordered, as they arrived after we’d finished our mussels, but these were taken off the bill without even asking. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Five of us are regular diners at Cote. Four dishes were good. One dish fish dish was really really poor. The person allowing it to leave the kitchen should also leave the kitchen. Not up to Cote standard.
Lovely meal, good atmosphere & very attentive waiter. Only negative - our waiter seemed uncertain on products containing nuts & not sure he understood that an error could be serious potentially life threatening in some cases.
As ever, a really enjoyable experience. Great food & cheerful & attentive staff.

Delicious food and excellent service, we had a really good time
It's the second year we celebrate the company dinner at Cote and it was excellent. The food was great and we had fantastic customer service. Thank you very much!
Lovely room, excellent personnel and the food was not half bad either! And you found my wife's phone, which she left behind.
Warm welcome, good food and excellent service. I recommend warmly this restaurant. Thank you for this good moment. TT no
Very nice pre theatre meal. Good value and service and convenient for south bank venues. Just a couple of points which meant I gave 4 rather than 5 stars. We ate at 5pm and they'd run out of steak frites which is what many people who come to Cote like to eat. Also our waitress was very friendly but we paid in cash and she 'forgot' to return our change, which was almost £10 (and there's a service charge added to the bill) . We had to ask on the way out.
Excellent service, very friendly and smiley staff, the food was delicious and the portions were a good size. Would definitely recommend and would visit again. Location is excellent. Thank you!
Polite, fast and precise Miguel at Cote Royal Festival Hall gave us the best service we have received in all our years dining at Cote's in London.
Very reasonable set menu, well cooked. Had the poulet, could have had more veg as a side included. Good experience on a busy, wet day on the South Bank.
Friendly, attentive and prompt service. Thank you for looking after us!
Cote did us proud again. We had the pre theatre set menu. The whitebait was the best we had had in years, perfectly cooked and a good size portion. Always get us through in good time and without feelin rushed. Will be back.
Lovely unhurried meal, in pleasant surroundings. Very good service too!
Perfect for a pre-concert meal. Cassoulet was just the job for a cold damp November evening
Good food served quickly. Waiter was a bit surly. Otherwise great!
As always food and service good. Noise level too high.
Great food, great service, I really enjoyed my breakfast and will come again.
